The renovation of the historic 908 Broadway building was truly a team effort. Principals from A. L. Huber, Rees Masilionis Turley, and BGR Engineers worked together to restore, renovate, and revitalize this great building.



The ownership of the building desired to continue adding to the vibrancy of Quality Hill and this desire is reflected in the completed project. DST Realty sold the rundown, century-old building to the group and a $1.7 million renovation was carefully completed.

Rees Masilionis Turley Architecture has its offices on the building's fifth and sixth floors and BGR Consulting Engineers is on the second floor. The first floor “Boutique” Lobby features an Art Gallery were emerging Kansas City artists display their work.

The project also included substantial site work; private, secure parking was added and the Broadway streetscape was constructed.
