St. Teresa's Academy was a multi-phase renovation project that spanned over five years and included three buildings. These were challenging projects, with each phase of work having to be completed during the summer months while school was not in session. The renovations included adding air conditioning to all of the buildings and adding an elevator addition to the historic Music & Arts Building. There were also many interior changes, one of which was converting a round, sunken gymnasium into a ground level cafeteria.
