The first of many planned villas for the campus at Cedar Lake Village were recently completed by A. L. Huber. These villas are part of a multi-phase project on the campus and are designed for the finest in senior independent living. The homes range in size between 1,500 and 1,900 square feet and have numerous options for interior finishes. The features of the homes include: heated tile floors, tankless, on-demand hot water, precast concrete storm shelters, vaulted ceilings, universal design features, and four-season rooms.

A. L. Huber worked with the project team throughout the pre-construction phase to help find the perfect mix of amenities, features, and value. Each home has a unique exterior appearance and unique interior finish selections.

The Villas at Cedar Lake Village are the latest addition in the continuum of care for the Good Samaritan Communities of Olathe which also includes Olathe Good Samaritan Center for skilled nursing, the Hoeger House for short-term rehabilitation, Cedar Lake Village for assisted and independent living, and Olathe Good Samaritan Towers and College Way Village for low-income HUD housing for seniors and disabled. A. L. Huber has constructed or renovated each of the facilities that make-up the Good Samaritan Communities of Olathe.
