Over 47,000 square feet of new office and retail space came out of the ground through rain, snow and muddy winter conditions thanks to the great team of professionals involved. The development broke ground in October, 2006, with the goal of having shell space available for lease to single or multi tenants by April, 2007. Our client conceptualized improving the real estate options in Olathe, Kansas, at the prominent intersection of 135th and Mur-Len Road. The owner included everything from new traffic signals on Mur Len to full main line utility extensions through the property in order to provide the best services and technology for future tenants. The project was completed through the winter months. This schedule provided challenges that were overcome by the team approach of planning and strategizing with a key group of subcontractors and design professionals.
