In 2021, that relationship continued with the successful delivery of a new 22,000 sq. ft. ground-up warehouse—bringing the total work completed for Cartwright to 34,000 sq. ft.
Brought on early during preconstruction, our team provided strategic planning and cost management to ensure a smooth project journey from concept through completion. The warehouse features five dock doors for efficient logistics and a two-story office space integrated directly within the facility—maximizing both functionality and space.
