After nearly 20 years of operation, Sprint’s (now T-Mobile) cafeteria desperately needed a transformation. The dated and seldom-used corporate café was rebranded as “The Hub” and has become a vibrant dining and collaboration space for employees and visitors alike. The $1M new design and construction created many areas within the space for meetings, lunch, and breaks.
Preconstruction was a critical component of the fast-track construction schedule. Our team brought together vendors and designers to ensure fast approval on critical procurement items. Schedule-driving scopes were identified during preconstruction and durations were communicated to vendors and subcontractors. The design team, the owner, and all the trades worked together to complete the renovation ahead of schedule.
