In 2024, A.L. Huber began a 19,800 sq. ft. renovation and addition at The Carriage Club, one of Kansas City’s most iconic private clubs. This transformative project focused on modernizing the Coach House while delivering thoughtful upgrades throughout the entire campus.
The Coach House received a comprehensive refresh, including enhancements to the pool deck and renovations to the kitchen, snack bar, bar, and dining areas. Additional work included updates to the fitness center, restrooms, locker rooms, and more—all designed to improve functionality, comfort, and the member experience.
Working closely with the project team, A.L. Huber provided construction management services that balanced the historic character of the club with the expectations of today’s members. The result is a revitalized campus that continues to offer an exceptional environment for recreation, connection, and tradition.
