24,715 sf extensive renovation and addition to J&D Wagner East Side Boys & Girls Club. The renovation included all new classrooms, offices, full-service kitchen, recreational pool. The metal building serves as the Club’s mulit-purpose gymnasium space and was tied into the existing building.
