A.L. Huber’s extensive experience renovating and expanding historic buildings led to The Carriage Club’s selection of A.L. Huber to renovate this existing Clubhouse Event Facility on two separate occasions. During the 2007 renovation, the Carriage Club was overjoyed that they could keep the administration and banquet levels open for business and events during the five-month schedule during the peak of the wedding season. The scope of work for the Carriage Club Clubhouse included structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural renovations to the dining room, lounge, grille, and private meeting rooms on
the lower level. The project also included the installation of a new three-stop elevator and the renovation of the main-level restrooms and lobby.
In 2011, The Carriage Club engaged A.L. Huber to remodel the main ballroom, replace the expansive windows, and transform the kitchen. A.L. Huber met the project schedule and budget, and the Club was ready to open for the start of the summer season.
