A.L. Huber provided construction services for Emergent Care Plus, a 9,000 sq ft upscale medical office tenant finish in Leawood’s Parkway Plaza. Completed in 2009, the high-end design and finishes complement the space and surroundings. Stone, wood, and a water element are all integrated into the lobby. The patient rooms, lab, and medical offices are close to the walk-in emergency services for easy access to the street-side sidewalk. A.L. Huber completed this fast-track project for a repeat client. A.L. Huber also began constructing another stand-alone clinic for the same physician group just one year later in Lee’s Summit, MO. Our attention to detail, communication, and focus on a tight schedule impressed this client.
