Falcon Plaza retail center, located in the upscale neighborhood of Falcon Ridge in Lenexa, was a 45,000 sq ft tenant finish project. The center serves as the premier retail district in the area, providing residents with various stores and exclusive shopping and dining experiences. The design and construction of the center focused on the materials that complimented the neighborhood’s character to create a seamless environment. A.L. Huber met the strict budget and aggressive schedule. Lenexa requires Best Management Practices for new construction.
