Green Lantern Carwashes (Now Charlie’s Carwashes) are an express-service tunnel carwash that offers premium services, including interior cleaning and special exterior treatments. Green Lantern facilities are first class with award-winning landscaping and attractive buildings with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. We assisted the design team during the preconstruction phase and provided construction management services for the Green Lantern Carwash in South Overland Park, Kansas. With great planning, coordination, outstanding subcontractors, and a team approach, we successfully completed this project in just four months and 26 days.
A.L. Huber was hired again in 2013 for a location in Independence, Missouri, and again in 2014 for a location in Lee’s Summit. Green Lantern has commented that they are impressed by A.L. Huber’s attention to detail, communications, and focus on job cost and schedule.
