The Heritage of Overland Park specializes in Alzheimer’s and memory-care services. Each building contains community rooms, kitchen and dining spaces, activities areas, sunrooms, therapy rooms, a beauty salon, and life skills areas. In addition, each building has a secure outdoor courtyard with pathways and restful seating areas. This project had its unique challenges, including a very tight site with minimal areas for staging of materials, a complex wood frame structure, and
unique mechanical equipment placements. A focus on creating a beautiful home-like environment was one of the main goals of the project and ownership team. High-quality finishes and construction are evident in every detail of this magnificent facility. Additional project features are listed below
