Notre Dame de Sion

A.L. Huber undertook extensive renovation and construction projects at the Notre Dame de Sion Wornall Campus, spanning from 1984 to 2010. With a total project size of 85,000 sq. ft., our team orchestrated adding a chapel, renovating existing classrooms, and implementing new HVAC systems to enhance comfort and efficiency. Additionally, we constructed a new gymnasium, locker rooms, and Grande Salle, catering to the diverse needs of the campus community. Furthermore, major structural repairs were undertaken on the 1964 building, ensuring its longevity and structural integrity for years to come.

Simultaneously, A.L. Huber was engaged in a phased program for total upgrades to the Notre Dame de Sion Locust Campus from 1984 to 2014. With a project size exceeding 60,000 sq. ft., our team oversaw the implementation of a new multi-purpose facility, classroom additions, and renovations of the chapel. Site improvements, including playground enhancements, were also carried out to create a more functional and inviting campus environment. Noteworthy upgrades included the infill of the old gym to create a cafeteria, ADA improvements, replacement of original windows, and complete phased lighting and technology upgrades, ensuring a modern and accessible learning environment for students and faculty.
