The renovation of the Quivira Medical Plaza had three phases. Phase 3 was the renovation of all bathrooms, hallways, and elevator lobbies on the four building floors. The night shift performed the work, and no disruption with the occupants was ever encountered. Phase 1 involved exterior improvements and parking repair/expansion, and Phase 2 was complete and turn-key. Two additional phases were added to this phase, including the remodeling of the building pharmacy and the remodeling of the office space for the Kansas City Women’s Clinic. High-end finishes and quality construction were of utmost importance to the successful project.
