Reece Nichols needed to consolidate three offices in south Kansas City, so they called in their Developer, Architect, and General Contractor, the experienced team they knew could pull it off the best, quickest, and least expensive. With a small lot next to the Olathe Soccer Complex, permits were finally procured, utilities were relocated, and the lot was excavated and prepared for construction to begin.
The single-story, 10,000 sq. ft. office building was designed to accommodate 25 residential sales agents and support staff, as well as an open lunch bar area, a training area, and meeting spaces. The soccer games went uninterrupted, and construction was completed on time and within budget.
