The Toyota service center addition and remodel to the existing sales office was designed and achieved LEED Gold designation. Bioswales with natural vegetation, daylighting, occupancy sensors, rainwater harvesting, and rain gardens are just a few of the features of the eco-driven design and construction.
Renovations to the existing regional sales office and the new Service Technical Training Facility addition include several products to enhance occupants’ comfort which are also a part of the green focus for the building. Solar tracking skylights, operable glass windows, and Solatubes all provide natural daylight and ventilation. During construction, there was a strong focus on reusing site-salvaged materials such as subgrade and paving; we attained 98% construction waste diversion for this project.
