At A.L. Huber Construction, ESOPtober is one of our favorite times of yearโa chance to celebrate employee ownership, company culture, and the people who make our organization strong. This yearโs 2025 Soup, Stews, & Brews Competition was a perfect reflection of that spirit, bringing our team together for an afternoon full of fun, food, and friendly competition.
From hearty soups and flavorful stews to sweet brews and festive dรฉcor, the event showcased the creativity and camaraderie that define the A.L. Huber family. Team members rolled up their sleeves, shared their best recipes, decorated their stations, and enjoyed time together outside the day-to-day rhythm of the jobsite and office.
