Last week, A.L. Huber teams participated in Construction Safety Week 2026, joining contractors and trade partners across the industry in reinforcing the importance of project site safety, communication, and accountability in the field.
Throughout the week, our project teams held additional toolbox talks alongside our trade partners, focused on this year’s theme: All In Together — Recognize. Respond. Respect. The conversations centered around staying aware of potential hazards, speaking up when something doesn’t look right, and looking out for one another on the project site.
Reinforcing Safety Through Toolbox Talks During Construction Safety Week 2026
Construction Safety Week is an industry-wide initiative that brings contractors, trade partners, and project teams together around one common goal: creating safer project sites. While the topics change from year to year, the message remains the same—safety takes commitment from everyone involved on a project.
For our teams, the week served as an opportunity to slow down, have intentional conversations, and reinforce habits that matter every day in the field. From pre-task planning to maintaining clean and organized work areas, safety is part of how we approach every phase of construction.
At A.L. Huber, these conversations do not stop after Safety Week ends. Creating a strong safety culture requires consistency, communication, and trust between project teams and trade partners. We appreciate everyone who took part in the toolbox talks and continues to help create safe, accountable project sites every day.
