At A.L. Huber, we take pride in creating spaces that reflect both purpose and personality. Our recent 4,500 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for Farm Journal is a perfect example of how history and modern function can come together to inspire creativity and collaboration.
Farm Journal’s new home combines multiple uses into one vibrant hub—offices, co-working spaces, dressing rooms, and areas dedicated to their shows and podcasts. The design demanded a balance of functionality for broadcast excellence while honoring the organization’s rich history.
Working closely with SixTwentyOne, we seamlessly merged two tenant spaces by replicating a historic opening that preserved the building’s character. One of the project’s highlights was incorporating 130-year-old stained glass into the design, an extraordinary detail that infuses the space with timeless beauty and a sense of heritage.
The result is a dynamic environment where tradition meets innovation—a space that fuels storytelling, fosters collaboration, and showcases Farm Journal’s ongoing impact.
This project reflects what we value most at A.L. Huber: building spaces that not only serve their purpose but also tell a story.
