After 28 remarkable years, we recently celebrated the retirement of Jaime, one of A.L. Huber’s valued team members. As a Project and Contract Administrator, she played a crucial behind-the-scenes role in more than 300 projects, helping ensure our jobs ran smoothly from the earliest contract to final close-out. Her meticulous eye for detail, unwavering reliability, and deep knowledge of construction administration made her a true anchor in our office—and a trusted partner to countless teammates, clients, and trade partners alike.
Jaime’s project portfolio is nothing short of iconic. She was a vital part of landmark projects such as Sea Life and LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Kansas City, and she helped bring to life the beautiful St. James Catholic Church. She supported numerous CommunityAmerica Credit Union branches and a wide range of T-Mobile projects, continuing A.L. Huber’s reputation for consistency and excellence. Whether it was a high-profile attraction or a fast-moving renovation, she brought the same level of dedication to every job she touched.
While many know her for her deep project knowledge and efficiency, those of us who worked with Jaime daily know she brought more than just technical skill—she brought warmth, wit, and a sense of calm no matter the circumstances. Her presence in the office will be truly missed.
Jaime’s retirement marks the end of an era at A.L. Huber, but her impact here will last far beyond her final day. We’re excited for her next chapter—and we hope it’s filled with plenty of relaxation, joy, and maybe just a few less spreadsheets. Jaime will continue supporting the non-profit Sleepyhead Beds.
Thank you, Jaime, for everything. You helped build more than just projects—you helped build our team.
Let us know if you want to join our team!
