A.L. Huber pickball tournament to celebrate anniversaries

Celebrating Milestone Anniversaries!

Recently, we held a party and pickleball tournament to celebrate milestone anniversaries in the company. Each team member has made a lasting impact and contributed to the success of A.L. Huber.

Anniversaries

5 Years (You are just getting started!)

Boman is known in the company for being kind and helpful. He is always ready to jump in when anyone needs something. One of Boman’s most significant projects is Lauderdale Community Hospital. He is an enthusiastic K-State fan and can often be seen sporting purple.

Rick Wessel is great to have on the project site. He is detail-oriented and not afraid to speak up. Rick often steps in and runs projects when Superintendents take vacations. We are honored to have Rick on our team.

20 Years (2005 must have been a good year to hire!)

Vince is a legacy employee, having started at A.L. Huber when his aunt, Evelyn Jarrett, worked there. Vince quickly transitioned into managing project sites and, most recently, has served as the Safety Manager at a large 24,000 sq. ft. new build featuring complex MEP systems.

Gary is a reliable laborer who always has good things to say about A.L. Huber. He gets his jobs done and more! One of Gary’s significant projects he worked on recently was the WaterOne Campus improvements project.

Stuart is all about the details! He often attends project interviews and helps plan site logistics. Stuart has led over 45 projects for A.L. Huber, including some of the most significant, such as the Church of the Resurrection Downtown, Country Club Christian, and numerous CommunityAmerica Credit Unions across the metro.

Mark has a quiet confidence. He won’t be the loudest in the room, but if he speaks, you know it will be meaningful. Mark has overseen over 30 projects, with key ones including the Raphael Hotel, St. James Catholic Church, and Tesla Auto Repair.

40 Years (Wow that is impressive!)

The longest anniversary was Phil Thomas. He began his career at A.L. Huber as an intern, working closely with Augie Huber. Throughout the years, Phil advanced to Project Engineer, Project Manager, Vice President, President, and ultimately became Partner and CEO.

Let us know if you want to join an awesome team!
