Scott Moffitt Retirement

Celebrating the Retirement of Scott Moffitt

After more than 37 years in the construction industry — and 13 of those with A.L. Huber — Scott Moffitt is officially hanging up his hard hat and stepping into retirement. His steady leadership, deep industry knowledge, and consistent dedication have left an incredible mark on our team and the projects he’s helped bring to life.

Scott joined A.L. Huber in 2012 as a Project Manager and quickly became a go-to team member for complex and high-profile projects. His ability to stay calm under pressure, build strong relationships, and manage countless moving parts made him an invaluable part of our project delivery success. Over the years, Scott led dozens of projects, including:

Each project benefited from Scott’s attention to detail and his ability to collaborate seamlessly with architects, owners, and trade partners. He was never afraid to roll up his sleeves and solve problems on the fly, always with professionalism and a smile.

Beyond the jobsite, he brought a straight forward attitude to the A.L. Huber team. Whether mentoring young team members or working closely with longtime colleagues, he made everyone around him better.

While we’re sad to see Scott go, we’re excited for what lies ahead for him. Thank you, Scott, for the years of hard work, the meaningful relationships, and the lasting impact you’ve had on A.L. Huber. You will always be part of our story, and we wish you nothing but the best in this next chapter.

Congratulations on your retirement!
