Our historic renovation project at Zhou Brothers Art Center in the Jazz District of Kansas City is making significant progress! New windows have been installed, roof repairs have been made, historic plaster moldings are being repaired, and we are starting on the addition portion of the project. We are working closely with BNIM to meet the client’s budget and schedule.
The Zhou Brothers Art Center in Kansas City, located in the 18th & Vine District, is scheduled for a move-in date for the Artist Studios this November. Our Kansas City location has 45 studios for rent offering large windows and natural light.
