The 22,000 sf world-class T-Mobile (formerly Sprint) conference center at the Overland Park, KS headquarters includes several different types of meeting rooms, from small huddle rooms for two, to a large conference rooms with seats for 80. The A/V and lighting scopes of work were critical components of the project and took careful coordination from the earliest stages. The project includes several unique features such as “faceted” conference room entrances with floor to ceiling applied graphics and hidden door, a vertical, folding operable partition to divide the large conference room and a backlit metal panel ceiling running the length of the corridor.
TVH Parts is the world’s largest supplier of forklifts and parts. Located in Olathe, Kansas, A.L. Huber has been their building partner for several sequenced projects including a world-class office addition that includes a coffee bar, moss walls and natural light giving the TVH team a very naturalistic environment. In addition, A.L. Huber has built a daycare facility and a 9.000 sf warehouse addition. As part of the 286,000 sq. ft. TVH Campus project, the warehouse addition added over 200,000 sq. ft. to the expanding Olathe-based international company.
The J. Rieger & Co Distillery project is the renovation of the historic Heim Brewery Building in the East Bottoms of Kansas City. The project includes modernizing nearly 120 year old building to offices, retail, a new distillery production area and world-class hospitality space. A large section of the 2nd floor was removed and will give visitors an overhead view of the production floor. Opening in July 2019, the facility has already received rave reviews as the latest and greatest new Kansas City destination.
Located in Hot Springs, South Dakota, Fall River Health Services is a Non-Profit Corporation that provides primary health services needed for the medical and economic health of their community.
7,100 square foot, single story, expansion to the existing hospital. Expansion includes (11) Resident Rooms, Dining Area, Restorative Therapy and Conference/Meeting Space.
This downtown headquarters for one of Kansas City’s premier institutions transformed their office into a light-filled, collaborative environment.
Both the exterior and interior improvements were derived from historical photographs of the Vanderslice from back in the early 1900s. Renovation of interior included new wood floors, custom moldings and trim, a/v, and beautiful french doors to the terrace.

Sequence is Kansas City’s newest and most exciting bouldering experience. Located in the Crossroads District, Sequence offers bouldering, yoga, fitness as well as a place for the community to gather. Installing the latest wall technology from Germany, the renovation included structural enhancements and turning an old abandoned structure into a vibrant safe entertainment venue.
A.L. Huber transformed the PEO Parlor into a light-filled inviting space where students and faculty are welcome to collaborate or spend quiet time.
